Sarah Evagora (currently on annual leave) has been working with Meghan Nelson to co-create a questionnaire for Luton and Bedfordshire Audiology services to use for patients who are on the waiting list. It was agreed we could provide Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) support to any families who need support completing the questionnaire and Sarah provided our email address: adviceandguidance@ndcs.org.uk …somehow they have also received the Helpline number in their text messages sent out by the Audiology service which is why you have had enquiries. We’re not quite sure what’s happened so apologies that this has come to you unexpectedly.

What to do if an enquiry comes in:
- If a family want support completing the questionnaire, send referrals to our email: adviceandguidance@ndcs.org.uk or alternatively you could advise the families to call me on 0203 3074333 if they’d prefer to call me directly.
- If a family are ringing regarding their appointment, redirect them to their audiology service. 0300 555 0606
- If the link doesn’t work to the questionnaire, advise the family to contact their audiology service for a new link
