I am extremely disappointed. I did give my bank details as requested BUT I was told by the cold caller at my door that I would receive a phone call to confirm my DD instructions for £12pcm and that call would give me the opportunity to cancel. I have never received the call and I notice that the first DD has come off my account. I did feel the caller was, although very friendly, sadly, a full on sales pitch. I have cancelled my DD at my end so that no further payments will be taken. |
