Switching Instructions
Your Switching Service allows you to dial into an automated service and choose between a selection of pre-built call plans at network level.
To change routing plans:
- Dial: 0344 244 0400
- You will hear the announcement “Welcome to the MultiPlan Management Service. Please enter your User ID”
- Enter your User ID: 889909
- Enter your PIN: 292342
- Enter the group ID/service number (telephone number): 08001386585
- Press 1 to activate a plan ID or 2 to activate a Service ID – Press 1
- Enter the plan ID number you wish to use
- You will hear the message - Your update has been successful. Goodbye
- Hang up. Your new plan will be in place immediately.
